Shipping Policy

Diamond Society Cosmetics ships through USPS. Your shipping fee is already factored into your checkout price. After you complete your purchase, give us 24 hours to ensure that your order has been processed. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped and will be delivered in 3 days or less. Please be patient with us, and we will be sure to give you your product in a timely fashion. Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges for products that are on hand, if a product comes to you damaged. We do not exchange used eyelashes nor do we give refunds for those items. If your product is received damaged then you can receive an exchange or a refund. If you return an item that has been used then we will dispose of the item for sanitary reasons.
